Located beside Montclair Golf Club, this full renovation revitalized the interiors while the community remained fully operational. We carved a new bistro from the living room to serve as a lively hub for coffee and conversation, and we introduced refreshed and new furnishings for a cohesive, elevated look. We curated corridor artwork to celebrate local culture, landmarks, and diverse themes, aiding wayfinding and building a sense of place. We also added a resident art display to personalize the experience. In the living room, we renovated the fireplace, updated the concierge desk, and incorporated a baby grand player piano. We refreshed the theater, salon, and Life Skill stations, while new finishes, drapery, and furniture bring warmth and sophistication throughout.

Perched above the Hudson River with sweeping views of the New York City skyline, this community recently underwent a phased, three-year renovation that reenergized its common spaces through bold, purposeful design. We used saturated, intentionally placed colors to define areas and add warmth and vibrancy throughout. We transformed the bistro from an enclosed space into an open-concept hub that supports a wider variety of programming and social connection. Across the assisted living floors, we curated custom furniture to complement the bold finishes and add comfort and cohesion. We selected each finish and furnishing to brighten and activate the space, creating an environment that feels lively, engaging, and deeply connected to its dynamic setting.

Beverly Hills, CA
We completed a phased renovation that transformed this Beverly Hills community into a luxurious, vibrant, and sophisticated environment reflecting the area’s high-end character. We introduced a paneled grand foyer, a custom-designed bistro island, and bold parlor wallcoverings to bring coastal chic elegance while revitalizing outdated finishes. In the memory care neighborhood, we created a living room with a stone-look fireplace and a den with patio access, layering each space with curated furniture and engaging Life Skill stations. We added a dedicated resident art display with cabinetry for supplies to highlight community creativity. In the corridors, we installed updated wall paneling and gallery-lit artwork to encourage movement and connection. Throughout, we selected new finishes, drapery, art, and furniture to bring warmth and timeless energy to every space.

Silas Burke House, VA
We approached the Silas Burke House renovation with a vision to honor its 1824 heritage while creating a layered, luxurious, and tailored interior. We carefully restored original wood floors, trim, staircases, and fireplaces, and we selected new finishes and furnishings that blend seamlessly with the existing architecture. We reupholstered and reused historic furniture, including the parlor settee and a church pew in the living room, to preserve character. We installed transitional light fixtures that improve illumination while complementing the home’s period style. We curated artwork from local artists and included historic images meaningful to the Burke community, along with pieces from the original owners' collection. Each design choice reflects the home’s historic charm and ensures it remains a welcoming, functional space.
